Upgraded my laptop contract without my concern

Vodacom upgraded my laptop contract without my concern, from a laptop to a tablet. I did not even received the tablet, but I'm paying for it. This is going on for 3 months now. That I'm going to pay for something that is don't have. They even upgraded my 500 megabytes to a 1GB just like that. if I want to see where I have signed for this they always have a excuse of I must go to the police for Atve-David and must give them a copy of my ID they don't want to take my driver's license.
