Regretting migrating to afrihost

A week down the line and I am already regretting migrating from mweb to afrihost.

How does one get technical support on the weekend??? YOU CANT!!!

There are no after hours numbers, and the please call me does not work, even MyClientZone request, with a promise of 57minutes callback, is non existent.

How pathetic!!!

In today internet age, if I have a problem, I need help NOW as a paying customer, not 2 days later.

If they dont sort me out asap I will go elsewhere
