I went into MTN and asked this African gent at the counter if he could possibly give me an indication of the difference between the S4 and the Sony Xperia Z... I had the booklets with me but usually the sales people are kind enough to break all the technical stuff down for you... well not this guy. He didnt even look up, just said "well look in the booklet" when I asked if he could tell me which one he thought was best he said again "just look in the book everything is there" I mean what an! His attitude was frikkin terrible and he spoke to me as though i was a big pile of that had just walked through the door and dared to ask for some help. Your staff at MTN clearwater and you know what, I would much rather deal with Vodacom, I phoned them today and they were kind enough to give me a quote for the Z1 per month whereas when I asked the same thing of this head at MTN he was rude enough to say "I dont know so I cant help you" Why dont you tell your staff to REMEMBER who the client is and who the SALESPERSON is. And when I find out what his name is I am going to smear it all over Hello Peter because he OBVIOUSLY doesnt care about anyone but himself.
