I am unable to purchase any data through your company since yesterday afternoon as a result of this Roughly R100 rand has been drained through data usage, i now have to keep my phone in airplane mode. this is highly irritable. im unable to get an answer as to when this will be resolved as to my airtime that has been deducted due to the faulty service what happens then.
