Last month i used too much data. I got the notification SMSs but since they are ALWAYS wrong (ie they do not tally up the total amount of data you have, but rather report on individual bundles that you have from previous months, or top up etc) I ignored them. The next day my cell phone bill was R1500 more. R1500 for just over a gig of data. That, quite frankly, is day light.
Lodged a complaint and a week later I got a call saying that as a ONCE OFF OFFER Vodacom would refund the money, and charge me the in bundle rate. GREAT! Thanks! That is brilliant.
BUT of course you did not manage to pull this off. Full amount came off on my debit order 2.5 weeks later. Called the call centre, and Eric promised to get back to me in an hour. Never happened. Next day, called, Richard promised to call me back before 3pm. Never happened. Next day, called, Paul helped me, and told me to give it 24 hours, and that Dylan was on it. 36 hours later and still nothing.
I want my money back!
Why do you force me to raise the issues on a public forum before you take notice. Surely you do not actually want to encourage this. but it is the only way you take notice.
