I have now been using the 8.ta smart internet package (7, 5 Gb 7, 5 Gb night surfer) for about two months.
Initially I had great speeds and stability; so much so, that I even bragged about it to whom ever would listen.
For more than a month now however, my service has degraded to the point that it is now almost completely unusable.
To give you an idea, it took me 5 minutes simply to open this page - this after clicking "try again" several times.
I have logged a complaint and after nearly two weeks, finally had a technician here who tested the signal on his own equipment and could get no more than a 0.22 Kb/sec speedtest outside and no result inside. He proceeded to fill in a report and I had to tell him that I will have to cancel my contract as it is not possible for me to wait much longer. (I work from home and the majority of my work requires constantly being connected to the internet).
He asked me to hang in there for just a few days, as my problem will be attended to at once. Since Tuesday, I have received no communication and have no idea where I stand. Do I just cancel the contract and make another plan?
I am not a happy camper and I demand satisfaction!!
