Cellc and their Attorneys pathetic behaviour!

I have paid my cell c account in 2010, and was issued with my cancellation later which states my account has been fully paid up and its closed... Now I get a sms from JM Attorneys saying my account has been handed over... like really these people need to updates their books and stop blacklisting innocent people. I have sent through the proof on the 11/09/2013 and they say they have not received it, so I sent it again on the 16/09/2013 and now today when I call they say it should take 21 days... And Im waiting for this to be sorted out to apply for my bond! I called the attorneys yesterday to follow up on the account, a lady by the name of Zanele Khumalo answered, she seemed to know nothing, when I asked to speak to a manager she says sorry the manager
is busy and I must call back because she cant give out the managers direct number...
