Vodacom Contract cancellation not processed!

After notifiying Vodacom to cancel my contract twice after it expired on 06 Sept. It was still not cancelled and transferred to pre-paid as requested.

I had to phone 4 times and only now on 03 October they actioned the requestd resulting in a bill for Sept and additional calls to billed in Oct.

Worst service ever that the Client (me) have to follow up with Vodacom to see if they are doing their work!
