Te Navigation don't arrive they refund my money

I bought and full paid a navigation system for a ML 320 Mercedes Benz,
on the day supouse the navigation to be install, I had the bad news the device was stop in customs.
after a little while the situation no change, I spoke with the owner Sean Casserley and he offer to refund the money, in a week time the payment was fully refund in my cheque account
thanks for your decency and honesty, good attitude is what make the difference.
