MTN: terrible coverage, calls drop

Complained to MTN 19 September on this website. MTN responded to say they would deal with problem. Not a word since. I am paying for a service and MTN does not abide by their contract with me. Calls continue to drop and no service. I am paying for return calls, while MTN continue to ignore they have major coverage problems. I WANT MY CASH BACK!
