I just wanna say that I have dealt with such professional individuals at mtn when claiming from insurance after my cellphone was. I was anticipating a huge battle with the claim but once my forms were received I got a brand new phone the very next day and all my airtime and data were given back to me. I would like to especially single out the different staff members who assisted me at the Pavilion branch and a lady called Gladys from the call centre. Thanks mtn, keep up the service excellence!
