THEY NEVER CANCEL MY CONRACT

I open a contact phone with MTN on 05/11/2011 at Rand burg MTN, Kim was a consultant who help me, my phone didn't work and from 05/11/2011 was visiting the shop almost everyday, they were keep on saying it going to work within 24 hours, it didn't work and after few days it works but only dial and received call if I'm not mistaken less than 5 day, then after that it was blocked by MTN because I find out that the number I had was not the same as the one MTN ha

I keeps on coming to the Shop for help, after they have blocked my phone and KIM keep on opening the back cover and said wait for 24 hours I did that and was even tied to go to the shop with no help
On 24/11/2011 Kim said she don't know what to do anymore, she think the phone is broken (something with soft ware) she said she will take my phone for repairs and it going to take 7 days MAX (she took the phone together with a SIM card since it was blocked) then, I wait then after 7 days I went to the shop, the phone was not there, Kim said hopeful it will be back soon and I explain that I'm closing at
