Vodacom dont honor warrenty

My daughter were in Vanderbijlpark for holiday and had to have her phone repaired. On Friday night they fetched the phone as they were being picked up early on the Saturday before the shop reopens. Obviously the repair were not completed. Now we have taken the phone to Cresta Vodacom to be repaired and they are refusing to repair it as they are not the original repairer and we must take it back to Vanderbijlpark. She must either take it back, send it back or wait 3 months. What a pathetic response from an International Company with nation wide service centres. be carefull they are fooling you when they offer a 24 month warrenty
