Cell C no network at most malls and other places

Cell C's network is so bad whenever I go to any place where there is more than 50 people, my phone won't connect to the network. I can't use my phone at Sandton City, Brightwater Commons, Greenside or Rosebank. I have no network at the gym I go to ever. It even happens sometimes out in the open without any obstructions. This while the bars are full or near full and it says 3g but nothing. Sometimes my phone goes straight to voicemail while on as it is not connected to the network. I've been trying to cancel my contract for more than a month now, many hours and times going into Rosebank, they keep stalling and coming up with different stuff. I have done everything I can to speed up the process, still nothing. It's making my life as I can't use my phone for what it's intended; making calls, sending messages and getting information from the internet at crucial times.. I just want to close my contract and change networks
