I looged a complaint on your site on the 19/08/2013, regarding the lack of proper infrastructure. Tswelopele Nyide responded on the 20/08 and said that my complaint has been escalated and a consultant will be in touch shortly. The ref number she provided was ARS232627. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALLBACK!!!

My complaint isn't entierly about that though, and it's taking a lot of restraint to not use various obscentities while typing this. As per the above, I have been waiting for telkom to transfer my line for almost over a month now, which obviously means that I don't have access to ANY LINE right? Well obviously not. TELKOM STILL CHARGED ME R899 for their services. What services???

They really have no idea what they are doing. And then when I call in, they had the audacity to to me and say that they don't have infrastructure in my area, which i know for a fact is a lie, seeing that the previous owners had an ADSL line through telkom. I am absolutely disgusted by how they do business.

I wish there were more characters left, but i will have to finish here.
