ON THE 13TH OF SEPTEMBER I LODGED I COMPLAINT WITH 8TA MORE THAN A WEEK HAS PASSED AND NO ONE HAS FOLLOWED UP SINCE THEN AS YOU ARE AWARE ALREADY I HAVE PUT A STOP ORDER AT THE BANK AS I AM NOT LEGALLY BOUND TO 8TA BY ANY CONTRACT AS CONTRACT HAS EXPIRED. SEVERAL 8TA EMPLOYEES HAVE CONFIRMED THIS AND ALSO ACKNOWLEDGED THAT I HAVE NOTIFIED 8TA THAT I WOULD NOT LIKE TO CONTINUE THE CONTACT.

AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED ANYTHING THAT 8TA GIVES ME IS FOR FREE, I HAVE CHECKED WITH FNB LAWYERS AND THEY HAVE ADVISED ME THAT AS LONG AS I AM NO LONGER LEGALLY BOUND TO A CONTRACT 8TA HAS NO GROUNDS TO STAND ON. ALL NECESSARY STEPS WERE FOLLOWED ONE MONTHS NOTICE GIVEN JULY 10TH (20 WORKING DAYS) CONTRACTED ENDED 31 AUGUST 2013 DO NOT MAKE 8TA INCOMPETENCE MY PROBLEM
