I applied for a laptop contract with Altech Autopage at the beginning of September 2013. I was initially very excited about the fabulous service I received, the consultant was friendly and took down all of my details telephonically.

I awaited for delivery of the product and after a month I am still waiting . everyone that you speak to doesn't know anything about delivery. I phoned head office trying to receive some sort of feedback and was shocked at the rudeness and disgusting attitude I received.

I am at my wits end... thinking of cancelling the contact
