Thanks to Hellopeter i can voice out my frustration!!

I have applied for a device since June this year and it was out of stock -which was fully understandable -these types of things happen!
however there have been no update since - until i was billed last month!!! when check with the branch - i was told that they were robbed (thanks for contacting them as they were not aware my device was among the goods).. no one had bother to let me know that my device was ready for collection..!! now again this month my account has been debited but still no news from Nashua with regards to whether or not i'm receiving what ive ordered.. by the number of complaints on this site -i wonder where is the level of professionalism!!

how can i pay for something i don't even have on hand? Needless to say -when you send emails -it feels like it is a favour they are doing to you to respond to your query! sent an email on the 27th for follow up..till date no response yet!

simply BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
