Beyond rude!!

Called the call center today for assistance with my top-up contract not being able to buy data. Spoke to a Melissa who did try to help us but could not. She transfered our call to a Petunia for further assistance. I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life!!! She asked what the problem was and then preceded to yell at me that what I was inquiring about could not be done. She didn't gives us the chance to explain further but kept yelling at us. No matter how hard we tried to tell her that we took out the contract we were told that it could be done, that we went to the mtn shop and the guy then showed us on his colleges phone that it could be done (after which he told us to contact 808), she would have non of it. Kept yelling and then threw down the phone while we were trying to speak with her and cut us of. This situation is unacceptable and being yelled at for trying to get assistance even more so!!! :e
