Out of box failure of brand new S4

Having just got a brand new S4 from Vodaworld I noticed there was something wrong with the screen. Lighter backgrounds would flicker. And on the settings I was using the text would be "ghosting" and have a purple blur while scrolling. Took it back within 7 days for an OBF. Vodacom did not even bother to phone me back, I had to phone them to ask what was happening. Was then told there was nothing wrong with the phone. I had taken the phone to Smartlab in Sandton, compared it with in store models and friend's S4's for the same problem and was recommended by Smartlab to return the phone.

How then am I told there is nothing wrong? If a product is faulty or not to the customers satisfaction it should be refunded or replaced.

The service I'm experiencing is pathetic and I'm not happy with it in the least. Not to mention I'm stuck without a phone and have been since Thursday.

This kind of customer service stinks! Its not my fault the device isn't working the way it should and I have followed all the proper procedures. I have never had a handset problem before, and now that I do I'm treated like this. Its truly pathetic
