I have logged a number of faults on the Telkom website and have received 4 reference numbers for the same complaint without receiving one call from an operator to assist me.

I have not had internet access for 10 days now and since it is an uncappped line, it is a current service which i am paying for and is not being provided.

I simply require a technician to repair the external land line box since we have no dial tone but the modem is working perfectly.

On the internet and Telkoms website i have come across 4 different numbers for the Sea Point branch but none of the numbers have been answered, does the branch even own a Telkom land line? i also tried calling the Cape Town branch but it was also not answered.
After many phone calls of frustrating i went into the branch to try get assistance, only to be told that the problem is in fact my own doing, the Telkom representative was rude and obnoxious. It is clearly a hardware issue that needs replacing and since this is a Telkom provided piece of hardware, the fault is there's and needs immediate replacement.

I am posting this with the hope if a Telkom representative calling me back to that i can at least get hold of someone!
