Two weeks ago I applied for an account at your branch as I am a foreign national I had to send my passport& work permit to complete my application which was done. a few days later I had to go to the store to find out what has been happening with my application as I have not received feedback, I got to Westgate and was told that its declined and had no reason listed. I then called the new applications centre where they told me my passport number and work permit do not correspond, I explained to them as when my permit was released my passport had expired and had to get a new one, they then requested for me to send my new and old passport with the work permit, that's when I was sent from pillar to post, I faxed it and wud call to find out if it has been received and every time I was told to resend the docs this I did more than 6times this past week and still no positive feedback I have even scanned and emailed documents to [Email Removed] and bnkwe@edcon.za. if Edgars does not want to give me an account because I am a foreign national pls state so instead of treating me like dirt I have other store accounts & was treated fairly. why is Edgars throwing away my docs
