No response from the compnay - POOR

I've requested for a detailed report reflecting the internet sites that I was billed for which I have made your company aware that there is an error on here. Since the 22/07/2013 Not one agent has been capable of assisting me. They constantly send me from pillar to post and advise they will call me back. NOTHING has been done! I cannot pay for these charges whereas you cannot send me the proof of the reports. I made it clear to you that there is a problem here yet NOT one person bothers to pay attention and Demands that I JUST pay! I find this to be such Poor services and I have been treated pathetically as a client of Yours and I have been with you for Many years!!! I have been asked to take this up with the CEO now as altech has been very deceiving and false.
