BAD SIGANL!!!

This a formal complaint about the Shocking signal that has been a problem in the Northriding area (Aureole rd)
For the past couple of YEARS!!!

Now since December it has hit an all time low and bad signal!!! I cannot make or take one call without having the call cut or such broken sound that I cannot make out what is being said or others cannot hear me at all!

Im done with being charged for a service I'm not receiving and then also being bound to a lifetime contract so it becomes extremely expensive to cancel your bad service!

I am currently trying every avenue possible. I have even received a booster from Vodacom for my house, which is currently being used as a vase... becasue it more useful holding fowers than improving the signal!!!
