SERVICE DEGRADING ALARMINGLY

I have been a loyal Telkom Pinnacle customer being one of the first and possibly the longest WCDMA FIXED LINE LOOK ALIKE client in my area. I applied and have been using this service since early 2009.
The signal quality & data speeds was amazing even without an external antenna. Gradually it has been getting worse over the years and is now at a point even normal old school dial up without adsl is quicker!
Compared to every other operator Telkom is now for the last several months by far the slowest...
I have put in hundreds of complaints without anything being resolved..
It seems as user have flooded the network & we are getting 1990's speeds...
This is unacceptable and a real shame.
PLEASE CAN SOMEONE AT TELKOM DO SOMETHING OTHERWISE WE WILL HAVE TO CHANGE TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS..
