Dont want to repair my phone or replace it

I upgraded on 4 June 2012, to a Samsung galaxy note 1

i am struggling to get my phone fix, i send it in for repairs 7-9 times, each time they fixes it or they say that there is nothing wrong with the phone or to replace my battery.
i replace the battery 2 times and i did a Sim swap but still got the same problems
