Phone Line Still faulty No answer from Call Centre

On 22 Sep I reported that my that my Landline was faulty Ref number 9CWZ220913
I requested that a technician come on Monday 30 Sep.
On 30 Sep at 11:40 I called the service centre to ask about my repair.
After 30 min calling from my cell phone, no one answered the call.
I tried again later at 13:25. Still no answer or technician
This is pathetic service. I pay accounts promptly each month and expect the same when it comes to for the service I'm paying for.
