3G speeds incredibly slow!

Since Saturday, I've noticed that my internet became very slow again and this is the second time it's happening and only in the area were I live (Silverlakes in Pretoria). With 3G speeds of 0.05Mbps, this is 10 times slower than GSM/Edge, most of the times so bad that my internet disconnects and weird thing is that my signal strength is full. So I went to the MTN branch in Silver Lakes, because at first I thought there was something wrong with my router, but then they told me that you guys are experiencing problems with internet in this area due to the tower that has shutdown and still trying to fix it.

So please guys, not to be rude but I have work that must be done and can't work like this, please fix this problem.
