Blackberry softwear upgraded 6 times in 8 months

I took out a new contract for a Blackberry 9320 on 28 February 2013.
It has been in for repairs 6 times in 8 months and is still not working!!!
We are sent from one person to another and one branch to another
and nobody takes responsibility for a contract I pay and I phone I do
not have.
Where is Client Service? Why does nothing happen?
