I bought a Nokia Lumia 920, 3months back. My handset had problems within 5 days of purchase which then i took back and my new device was issued to me after 4 days, i had softwares installed on that device which were at my own expense and the manager did not want to replace, the screen protector i had on my 1st device was not replaced yet the manager was aware he has to. 3rd: my handset does not upload files like cv's and pictures on any site or sort of, this issue was not addressed though i had reported n visited the shop more than 7times. The manager instead sent me to Nokia care in Gateway which they wanted to take the device for 14 days, which il be left with nothing to use again therefor i refused believing the manager from cellc workshop should have not sent me to gateway but instead, offer me n device to use while my Lumia is taken fo repairs that 14 days. I find it so incompentent and not professional. #Very sad customer service# :(
