Problemetic Nokia handset purchased from brandnew

Hi

I have purchase a nokia lumnia from brand new from Mtn, the first gave me a problem were it was freezing going off and coming back on. They gave me another brand new device and it did the same. i have being going there on numerous occassion and they keep promising that something will happen. I am paying for this for a whole month for nothing. on the 7 June 2013 someone from mtn contacted me and told me that i come in again and choose another device, when i get there everything change and i was told by the manager ANDREW, that i cannot swop the device. Which me off cause i need the phone for work purposes. He told that he has to get authorisation from their head office otherwise il just have to take the nokia. Mtn are a bunch of and i will take further action by putti ng an ad on the front page of the media firstly and the so forth... Please can you action this.
