Branch code incorrect - soft locked my phone

I registered for a name change on the 2nd of May for my business cellphone account. I sent all the relevant forms with the bank details from my bank letter. Besides the fact that the previous deduction went off my ex partner's account and this was appearing on my last invoice as a pro-rata amount, and not as agreed, my first debit order was supposed to go off today. I got an sms at 12:00 today stating that my line will be suspended due to the debit order being returned unpaid. I called Nashua Mobile immediately to find out what the problem was and Mahali said it was due to the branch code that was incorrect. Since my phone is used for business, I was quite upset about this as I wasn't informed in the 2 months that Nashua had time to resolve the issue with me, that they had a problem with the branch code. I informed Mahali I would make an EFT pmt in the evening and she insisted that she contacted the accounts department to not lock my phone so I could still make calls.
As I put the phone down, my phone was soft locked, and it still is locked 8 hours later. I have been unable to make any business calls for the rest of the day and have lost business due to this. Please sort out ASAP!
