Hi to whom it may concern

I just called customer service and checked my account balance and they say it is R1000!!!

I ordered a telkom line with 2mb adsl with 10gig data cap which comes to a total of R460 or something like that.. so 1 week later i called back and asked to be upgraded to 2mb uncapped which is R600 a month and now i'm getting charged for both packages?? WHY?

Please get back to me asap because I refuse to pay R1000 - I will only pay for the R600 bundle!
