Very poor service & delay in refund for overcharge

I have applied for 1 uncapped Internet line and am being charged for 2 for 3 month's now with no credit as i received calls & Sm's regarding dispute logged but no finalisation on matter and last call stated they will give me a discount of 25% on my package for this error but still nothing and i need 2 more packages for my brothers & sisters home but i am scared what if they also experience same problem of being double charged and awaiting credit as i have checked with numerous customers almost all clients are being charged twice for first few months WHY???
I need someone to call and sort query urgently and also give details to contact my nfamily to add uncapped data.
