Repairs on cellphone

Booked my JCB cell phone in for repairs 6 weeks ago at carnival mall auto page, received sms today its ready for collection and it was never repaired, now they are looking for a prove of purges that I don't have and was requested by the people that repair the phones and didn't get any respond for head office. I personally phoned them now and said it will be done.
