HI Cell C. Contacted you on the 6th August about my Nokia Modem (Which worked b=perfectly before you did your software licensing upgrade). After 9, yes 9 visits to your stores, it is still not fixed. I have a loan modem that works when it wants to. Go look at my data usage, not much hay. But you guys don't mind debiting my account at the end of each month...

Please let me know where I can send a bill for parking, petrol, time, etc. And if I am not able to claim my expenses tell me on what basis then I should continue to pay for my contract seeing that you have given me the run around for almost 2 months.

Oh my one contract is coming up for renewal in December... Don't even put me through to your retention department
