Pathetic Service once again

I have not had access to use my airtime or data which is deducted from my account every single month. It has been unable to connect for the past 4 months. I have contacted the call centre hold on for hours only to be cut off for no reason without even getting through to a consultant. I have gone into the store and they are not able to assist. I have sent a complaint via the MTN website and still no contact at all from anyone. This is not the first time I have had issues with MTN, in fact it is the third time. This is the most pathetic company for customer service and satisfaction. I will not EVER recommend MTN to anyone and have in fact heard many complaints from other people as well about the pathetic level of service.
So MTN is sitting with premiums of so many months of which I have not had the benefit. This matter I will take much further now.
