R38 000 Data Bill!!!

I am an MTN subscriber who is dumb enough to go through Altech Autopage. I have subscribed to MTNs loyalty program whereby you are awarded points for phone calls sms's and so on. those points can then be cashed in for Data bundles as well as Airtime. I normally build up my points so that I can get the 24hr unlimited data bundle. I did so this passed Sunday as I have done several times before. I get an sms from Altech on Tuesday saying that my account has been suspended as I have reached a total of R38000!!! I then call Altech who confirms that there is a problem, but that I would have to contact MTN to sort it out. MTN didn't even ask for my cell number and said I needed to make a payment arrangement. Not very helpful and quite rude were both companies, very unprofessional. They have now blocked my phone since Tuesday, i haven't been able to contact anybody. How will you compensate me for this??? I know I am in the right here! How is it that there is no communication between the two companies? They are so quick to cut your calls for late payment, but are not willing to fix what they have messed up. i'm extremely sorry that we decided to stay with Altech!
