Telkom Mobile NO AIRTIME

Went to Telkom Mobile shop in Tygervalley centre and bought the R 399 ADSL boundle including the 3 G doungle everything went great but then had to hear we do not have air time to put onto the dongle. Bought the package on Wednesday 18 September 2013 went back Saterday 21 September 2013 still no AIRTIME will have it by Monday or Tuesday 24 September 2013 its now 26 September 2013 and still no air time or call to explain.
