Pathetic Service and Conduct of Vodacom Client Service Agents
I have a very serious concerned in the manner in which Vodacom SA is treating its valuable clients. Here is the snapshot of what transpired.
On the 18th of September I phoned the client services to query the following:
1. Format of statement as I'm unable to view it.
Answer: There's nothing we can do.
2. There is double deduction made by service provider on my account.
Answer: We will investigate the matter and come back to you. Up until I phoned again, on the 25th, long after 48 hours I was told, nobody came back to me and the matter was not resolved or what so ever. I had to complain again.
Unfortunately in didn't request for ref numbers to substantiate my query.
3. On the 25th September I phoned to make a follow up, but I tend to realise that to belong to network provider of Vodacom's calibre is suicidal and not worth it.
The following people were so rude and not willing to listen to my query at all.

Upon requesting cancellation procedure, the rude Mr. Mchunu asked me sarcastic questions which pushed me to lose my cool up until I request
