Web Site Is useless

I have tried for the past 30 mins to reset my password (the password I used on the [URL Removed] site is no longer valid) on the new [URL Removed] The CAPTCHA that comes up is illegible, I have refreshed it, when something vaguely ligible comes up it just does not work. I have tried the AUDIO Option, its even worse (USELESS)

I have called 808 for help, they can not help USELESS ONCE AGAIN.

I have submitted 3 complaints to MTN over a period of a year (and all 3 also Via HelloPeter) either MTN is making sooo much money they could not give a about their contract customrs of over 10 years or they do no respond to their Call Center, Shop Queries or HelloPeter.

It would actually be nice if the promised callbacks actually happen, and/or if SOMEONE eventually responds to and complaints lodged with them.
