MyUnisa down more often than it is up!

UNISA is utterly useless!! They are an "on-line correspondence university" but they are off-line for most of the time. No one ever responds to queries or complaints. They have closed down their call centre. Honestly it would be better if they could just post on their Facebook page when the site will be up, instead of posting when it will be down. They are practically our money as they cannot even keep their website (the website to which they refer to for EVERYTHING) up.

UNISA is incompetent and they are just getting worse! I can not mention a single thing they do right!
