Vodacom defrauded me and is withholding my refund

So its been 5 days since Vodacm promised to refund me the money they defrauded from me. Insted of refunding it they using delay tactics, Keep on asking me for information that has allready been provided to them. They nothing but common!!!
They even posted a very sarcastic comment on my post on their facebook page.
