According to SAPO's Facebook page, we should be able to receive our post, but nothing is happening. We have been instructed to contact [Email Removed] in order to sort out our problems, but all that they do is to appologize for the delay and to inform you that nothing can be done. My package was posted 15/02 and is supposedly at Witpos, but it hasn't even been scanned at Witpos. I also note that some people have received their packages, but it was never updated on the website in order for them to know that it was delivered to the local post office. I ordered goods for a function that we have to host this Saturday. If I do not recveive that package, I have to cancell, refund all the tickets that were sold, and pay the caterers out of my own pocket, as it is now past the cancellation period and lose all the money that I have spent including the goods that is at Witpos as I will not be able to use it for anything else.
I am willing to arrange for a courier to collect it at Witpos, but they don't want to allow it. If I do not receive this package by tomorrow, is SAPO going to refund me for all the money that I have lost?
