I regret the day that i applied for a mobile contract at Nashua Springbok. i got a blackberry Z10, for the 4 months that i pay the contract i probably only had the handset in my possession for 3 weeks in a row. the handset was in for repairs, 2 times already; which i had to wait for 3 weeks to get it back (now the 3rd time it has been sent for repairs). on the 19th Sept '13 i went to Nashua Springbok, gave the phne back after i received it 3 days before - i told the salesperson Peetie van den Heever that i am very upset as i pay for the comfort of a z10 and i need to use a curve most of the time, asked whether he can arrange that the phone gt replaced - he screamed that he thinks i dont WANT to understand theres nothing he can do except sending the phone in for repairs, he told me that he thinks i should look in the mirror to someone who is childish! (this in front of everyone in the store) the lady also working in the store (Marelize) told him to cancel my contract as i am not satisfied with his answers... etc. Bottom line: i am an unhappy client; when i shared this with the service provider, Peetie was unprofessional and starts screaming at me. Never seen this in any store before.
