Tracker Connect

I cancelled my car insurance and I informed Tracker well on time about it the then sent me a statement that I will be debited more then then normally and that was suppose to be R199.00 as stated on the statement that was emailed to me on the 20/05/2013 and to my surprise I was debited with an amount of R 398.00 on the 01/06/2013 I tried calling tracker had to hold for more then 13min I then went on the Internet to put in my details so they can call me back but they never did normally if I put on the internet that I want them to call me regarding a product then they call me ASAP but when its regarding billing or accounts they don't call you back this is so unfair cause I really cant afford to be ripped off like this I cant evens afford to pay them there normal instalment now the charging me double and they just know how to get you by signing 3 years contract that you cant cancel I really don't care what gonna happen but from next month I will put a stop order on my account whether they call it bridge of contract or not they don't care about there customers at all I if nobody gets back to me before close of buss today I will go put a stop order on my account tomorrow mornings
