Vodacom
Why fix what isn't broken

Telecommunications

I have been a Vodacom customer since 1995 - still using the same number - and if I look at all the problems I have ever had with the very many Suppliers i have used since then - this is one relationship that has worked for me since the beginning. Nothing much ever seems to go wrong.

I, as a long standing customer, do have one point I would like you to consider. As the many upgrades have come and gone - I do agree - I have not changed my contract type - but I am finding as time passes - that with each upgrade the phone options available to me to upgrade to without paying in, is getting less attractive.

Don't you think - it would be a nice gesture to your long standing customers - to give them some sort of thank you benefit every couple of upgrades? And I'm not talking about a free something - I'm talking about a decent phone choice.

Just a thought.
