No feedback on email in 7days frm customer service

I need some information regarding my cellular contract which is not available from "My Account". Tried to phone customer service - no answer for 10 min.
Send an email though my account on the website. Supposed turnaround 24 hours (lol)
Still no response 7 days later.
Will not renew my cellular contract after being loyal for 8 years.
