Unlawfully taking money

I recently moved to Cell C from MTN and after that move I've started receiving lots of spam messages.

Earlier this month I received an sms saying "Welcome to RainyAlerts'Bigmobile. Your link... R10/day." I didn't know what it was because I did NOT subscribe to anything, so I thought it is just more spam. Then I noticed money is taken from my account from that sms. Once again I did not subscribe to anything. I've now send the Stop sms, but I want a refund of the money taken.
