I am reporting a problem at a friend of mine's house while her husband is working overseas. She is Portugeus speaking and struggles to communicate in English. a Telkom manhole in front of her house keeps overflowing into her house when it rains heavily, causing damage inside. She got the municipality to have a look, but they said the manhole belongs to Telkom. She approached them and were given a reference number 27038658.and gave her address and contact details which is 10 Madrid street Uitzicht Durbanvlle. Her phone number is 0842080793 and she is a mrs Fonseka. She reported this problem some time ago and followed up calling again and again with no results She also went ot Telkom at Cape Gate with same result.
